I called them in early August to cancel my reservation in 2026. Was told my refund of approximately $2000 would be processed but two months later I have received nothing. E-mails and correspondence have gone unanswered. Be careful when paying in advance!
We stayed at the Sienna on the Coast, unit 904, Sept 14 – Sept 20, 2025 at a cost of $3,200. The BBRR websites says “All our units have stunning beach views from private balconies perfect for a breakfast watching the sun rise over the water, or an evening chat while the water captures all the hues of the setting sun.” What they don’t tell you is that the building sits right on Beach Drive (US Route 90) which is the main drag along the Biloxi/Gulfport coast. Well, they cancelled our original location and offered a smaller alternative. At that time, there were no sufficient alternatives in the area that were even close to being comparable in cost and size. So, I cancelled my reservation as I received no return calls or communication regarding some assistance. They confirmed my cancellation via email, but I have never received a refund. I will never rent from this company again, I have been calling for Jacqueline for 2 months and no return phone call yet!! The condos are perfect just go through another source, answering service says they cancel me but can transfer my message and no email yet on my cancellation to show where my refund is
We enjoyed our stay at this condo! We stayed there with our daughter’s family and it was well equipped with everything we needed. Her boys enjoyed the pool, going to the beach, using the hot tub, we also grilled out several days by the pool, and we also enjoyed using the putting green, what a lovely surprise!
