I have never received better plumbing and heating in my whole life!
Recently moved to the area and needed a plumber to replace water heaters and boilers. Called for an estimate and wouldn't even guarantee they could do that. I was told they are not taking any new business or new customers! Very unprofessional and what kind of business refuses new customers???= lost business.I have been in business for 30 years and have never heard of this! Came highly recommended but would never use them in the future.
Twice called Bilo and twice blown away by responsive, professional, friendly help given. Shout out to Chhaeng for helpful over the phone advice that solved the problem! Will only ever call Bilo for plumbing and heating.
Really fast and friendly and the job was done right. Will be a loyal customer.
