I had a car accident in December, and it made my car run hot. Billy’s Auto Parts was the closest shop to me so that’s where I ended up. Turned out to be the best thing possible. Everyone was so nice, and got my car back to me as quickly as possible. It looked brand new. Then even help me save about $250 which was more than they had to do. Terrible company! Never giving them business again! I refused a shipment for an ABS brake actuator and FedEx sent the package back, having never been opened. One of their employees, Nathan, told me there was going to be a 20% restocking fee despite me never accepting the package. Billy, the owner, received the unopened package back and claimed I opened it, saying there was solder on the part. This was the first lie.
