We were there last night for our monthly Ladies Nite out. Service was good, our Server "Alyssa" Was EXCELLENT, very nice, there when we needed her, and had the right attitude. She went over and above to please us! The Food was all good, no complaints - They even had a Salmon Ceviche special which I had, and flavor was very good. The Mahi Tacos were delicious! Staff was very friendly.
All the food was way too spicy. When I say all the food, I mean even the Mac & Cheese was too hot to eat. Drinks were very pricy too. There are too many other places to go with better food and prices to waste your time with Tarpon Turtle.
Finally! Glad to have the lake-friendly, family-friendly, date-night-friendly Turtle back!

First time back here in three years (frequent customer when I lived in the area) so I called to make a reservation for 4 but was informed they only take them for parties of 10 or more. Upon arrival my parents asked for a table for 4 and they put us on the waiting list. Forty minutes later....... We are still standing, patiently waiting as we watch the empty 5 tables outdoors and 3 tables indoors not in use.
Worst experience of my life.... If I ask you why I'm staring at half of your restaurant being empty after being on a 45 minute wait and the managers response is "we know what we are doing, the kitchen output can't keep up with the seating..." Here is my opinion, if your "kitchen can't keep up with occupancy of your restaurant", then build a bigger kitchen... cause it looks like your are losing a ton of revenue... Thought the purpose of business was to maximize on revenue....
