Great pie and Billy's a good guy! Gave him some of my homemade smoked Polish kielbasa and he let me try some Italian. .good stuff great staff
Haven't tried the pizza yet, yet the Italian Beef (order dipped or wet), spaghetti, and wings are Chicago style, unlike some others that claim to be from old Chicago. I'll be back for the pizza. Damn, I forgot the fries!
The Italian beef is dry. Called to order food for delivery and was denied because they can't staff appropriately for having delivery orders. The stuffed deep dish pizza is great but I'll be finding another Chicago style food place and never ordering from here again. Shame for Billy's because I always spend at least $20(on just myself) and tip well.
Usually pretty good, not as good as being in Chicago having a deep dish, but the closest you'll come around here. We've have their Chicago pizzas several times, the last time however was horrible. The bottom crust was so hard you couldn't even cut through it with a fork. If you bit into it, it was like very hard, stiff cardboard. I'm not sure what happened this time. The best stuffed pizza in town! The thin is excellent too! I never get there enough!
As somebody who grew up in Chicagoland, Billy's "thin and crispy" is closest to the Chicago style thin crust what I grew up on that I've found in town which makes it the best pizza I've had in Colorado Springs.
