From start to finish, my experience with Billy's Auto was fantastic. I came in needing a car after mine had been totaled and hours later walked out with keys in hand. It was my first time buying a car, but the West family made it so simple and affordable. My Impala was paid off last year and we're looking into a family vehicle through them soon as well. I refuse to do business with anyone else in Lubbock

BAD buisness. These people are clowns of the charachters off of the matilda. They run this carlot just like Harry Wormwood no lie ! Watch out for these people they will sell u a dream and suck you dry for your money. Terrible customer service & horrible reps. Very money hungry people, dont fix anything yet charge for EVERYTHING would not recommend these people to anyone !!
