They only want easy "gravy" jobs and turn down jobs that present a challenge. That means paying a second tow bill to a more dedicated place like Falls Town Auto or A1 Transmission. Used to tell everyone take your car to billy's...Took my mom's car in and had an appointment for 8 am on Friday. They didn't get to it till late Monday. Decided to pick it up, I couldnt wait for the estimate. Now I'm trying to find someone as reliable as they used to be.
Came by for a prepurchase inspection on a vehicle. Staff was kind and friendly, the shop was clean and welcoming.
