My boyfriends family surprised me with a birthday dinner here! It was fantastic! Service and food were great! Freshly made fish � but the sides were a bit bland for this Texas girl! Not sure if time of day and the Labor Day weekend had an affect on the crowdedness, but it was really difficult to hear the people around your table because of the loudness and the live music, but other than that, this place was hip and snazzy �
Had a great time @ Billy’s last night. Fun atmosphere, great food and drinks and incredible service. We moved into the lounge after dinner to listen to the music and have dessert - was entertaining and delicious!

Michelle was a great and attentive waitress.
Coconut shrimp, delicious food, great friendly place near the water. Outdoor patio would be nice if it were extended out more to fit more tables.
We had a fun time. The food was really good. It was a little loud with the live music though.
