Happy Hour live music by The Reef Brothers with a dynamite guest vocalist as well made this absolutely delightful! Superb cover of Brown Eyed Girl! Great ambiance, food, and Pina Colada! Dance floor and harbor-view—absolutely so much fun! Was there in early Sept. 2018. Would be there a lot if lived nearby instead of many states away. Loved this place!

What a great place!! The food was so good and The service was awesome. Our server was so friendly and personable. She made us feel like the most important people there even though she was slammed with customers. We will definitely be back!!
Always fun at Billy’s. Unfortunately, my prime rib sandwich wasn’t up to their usual standards yesterday. But they still have a pretty good batting average with me.
We absolutely love Billy's and came for my husband's birthday last night and it was unexpectedly very quiet, which is so not the norm! Our son joined us and we all had fish! Our son had seared Ahi, my husband had the crusted halibut and I also had the Ahi- and everything was fabulous, along with the coconut shrimp! W had a great bottle of Chardonnay to go with the fish and our waiter was excellent!
