Jordan Northam helped us at a crucial time as we faced changes with our previous Insurance provider. Always responding to my calls and having answers to every question. As well he is LOCAL for us - not in some distant place of Toronto where calls are answered by a machine with no call backs for two days or more. Steve was able to get us insurance for our short term rental when our previous company declined us for wanting to be available for more than 180 days in the year.
