Ion voda was my broker and I called him 20 times and he never reply my voicemail and i requested to cancel my insurance and but he is not doing it and not replying my email. so don’t go there.this picture is from april
Ion never called me back to contacted me or replied to my texts and voice messages with the quote for my home insurance and auto insurance policies. It was a complete waste of my time dealing with this particular branch and I risked my home's closing by waiting for him to get back to me. I received prompt service from the St Catharines location instead.
