I have been thankful enough to use their services a few times. Always very helpful, each person who has come out has been absolutely amazing, and I would definitely like to keep these people as friends as well. Great work ethic, great on pricing, great people. Definitely call them first.
Dan and JR called to make sure it was ok to get here before the scheduled service delivery time which was fine by me. They respectfully wore masks and were courteous about distancing and fixed everything in a jiffy. They were honest about what repairs needed to be done, cleaned up as they went along, and were very understanding of my excited (barking) dogs. I am so thankful to have found a great plumbing company and I will call again when I need help.
customer service was bad from the beginning. tech came out and fixed the wrong thing and when i called for someone to come back once he came back out he said he could not fix it that he would go back to the shop and discuss it and someone would call me, no one ever called so i waited 2 days and called back to get more attitude from the girl that answers their phones she told me someone would be back out tomorrow which was 2 days ago and still no one has called or came back. they take your money for the service calls and neve... read more
My bad. I thought disinfectant wipes in bathroom good. Then I flushed until so clogged could not wash clothes, shower or use toilet. The plumber was here in excellent time on a Sunday!! Had it taken care of and made my work week better!!❤️
I can't say enough good things about Billy and the staff. After a plumber who was recommended to me by a friend failed to show up as scheduled for the 2nd day in a row, I called Billy. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. She found 2 plumbers who had some time today and got them out to fix my problems with a garbage disposal and toilet. The guys were very professional, nice and did a great job. No price gouging here. Just a fair price for a great service. Highly recommend.
JR just came out to my house, on a Saturday night, he was extremely efficient and informative. He had a great attitude and a lot of good tips to help avoid another blockage in our pipes. Thank you so much, JR!
