I am so pleased with the care, attention and compassion we received from Dr. Billy for my daughters oral ties procedure. The day of the release he was able to put my mind at ease as a first time mom being so nervous for my baby. He made an otherwise difficult experience a lot lighter. Dr. Billy Arnold and his staff were simply amazing. My 8 year old daughter has suffered from sleep issues, mouth breathing, ear infections, etc. since she was three years old. I wish we would've found him sooner. He was patient and very comprehensive during the appointment, not only explaining everything, but showing images and visuals to get a better idea of what is going on. Dr Billy and Kayla are definitely the best! Very knowledgeable and always treating my girls like there own, they have the answers to every question, and are always so patient with my lil one, she’s autistic and yet he manages to get her to cooperate! 💯 the best ever! Thank you
Dr. Billy is hands down one of the best dentists I’ve ever met. When we first met him, his knowledge, confidence, and thorough care made us feel at ease. He was the only one who would listen to my concerns about my daughter’s narrow, crooked palate. When he told me he would expand her, I was ecstatic and relieved. I knew waiting would only be detrimental to her, and he took that seriously. I personally cannot recommend him enough. He’s worth every single penny we’ve spent.
