I have used this company for many, many years, but I do not plan to ever do so again. I called them several times for an HVAC unit for the same problem. They were prompt and courteous. Each time, I was told it was repaired, but the same problem occurred over and over. Then I received the bill for over $500. I called to inquire about my bill and had decided to buy a unit from them.
