My bf and I attended a wedding here, and it was amazing. A parking lot across the street, a door man, cool bar, and great food! The wedding was spread across a couple rooms. The parking lot was a little messy from the snow.
Performed at a wedding there and it’s just unfortunate because the space itself is fantastic however, Mark the event manager was missing for most of the night and left almost 2 hours before the wedding was over. There were times where the bridesmaids and groomsmen were looking for him because he locked every single door and they could not get in to get their personal belongings along with the photographer. Beautiful building and ample street parking
There are much better buildings and commercial office space available in better zip codes in this current economic climate but Billy Penn somehow thinks they are a premiere enough choice to get away with treating their paying tenants horribly. Save yourself time, money and headaches and rent elsewhere.
