I bought my new Chevrolet Equinox in January of 2016. My salesman was Lonnie Roberson. He is by far, the most experienced and trustworthy salesman I have ever used. This is my second vehicle I've bought new from Billy Navarre and my experience was positive both times. Lonnie is a wonderful guy and very accommodating to work with me between my schedules. I highly recommend him and the dealership for your car/truck needs.
Quite a run around...unprofessional and Finance gentleman Zack has such a lieing spirit. So disappointed car no pickup, brakes screaming, engine too loud and slight jerk. Talking about 2016 Cruz.And Chris so say management over Zack. So upset can't explain without stirring up a set back at this hour.
Me and my husband just bought a 2015 Honda Accord sport model from Billy Navarre dealership in Lake Charles. Extremely nice car. I recommend it to anyone! They got me exactly what I wanted and for the price I reasonably wanted. The salesmen were very accommodating.
