When in to service to have Radio fixed...was told they had to put it on diagnostics to find the problem - cost 140 is we did not do repairs. they came back with 4000 because they said fan would leave us on road. Said wanted to pick up car while waiting to see what insurance would pay. Told me we would have to leave car while waiting on parts and until repaired. Or they would not make repairs...so picked up car and paid for diagnostics . no problems with fan or ac at all...no diagnostics needed because que is a plug and play ... read more

went there today and the salesman James was very helpful in helping me get my 1st vehicle from a dealership. he made sure we did not not leave without a car. I'm so excited and happy that I got another vehicle almost like my old one and it's in my favorite color blue. God is amazing. he put James here to help me get another vehicle. let's see.....bought a used vehicle back in July......havent received my permanent license plate yet.....why? you ask..... cause billy navarre didnt have there crap together before they put the jeep on the lot to sale. I call and either get no answer.....or no call back.....or when I do get to talk to someone, or when I go to the dealership I get a new excuse....I was pretty much in no certain words called a liar to my face till I played the voicemail....I recommend to everyone NOT to buy anything from billy navarre.....the ... read more
