Been using this guy for years and years. Always prompt. Always reliable. Every time a good job. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Friendly and informative. Would give six stars if possible.

Pretty horrible experience with billy jack sprinklers. Particularly the owner. Spent close $300 on basic sprinkler maintenance check. Which was fine. Immediately after they did the maintenance check, my sprinkler system popped another error code. Figured it was a solenoid issue, due to them just completing a maintenance check. They came out (team of three again) to fix the single issue. THEY WERE HERE FOR 30 MINUTES, CHARGED ME AN HOURS WORTH OF LABOR @ $125 with another $30+ parts for a total bill of $170. Totaling $470.
