If you are trying to change the culture of used car sales, don’t ask me to make an offer. When I do, don’t get offended when I come in low. I get the market sets the price. He genuinely cared about finding us what we needed. The whole team was professional, charismatic, and 100% focused on our experience. The culture there is fantastic.
