My wife and I went to look at a Wagoneer they had on the lot. The salesman, Collin, was very knowledgeable and helpful. With the very best of manners. The overall process was fairly quick and efficient. I would return to purchase another vehicle from them.
The sales process was easy and I did not feel pressured into buying the vehicle that I chose. The salesman was great, and everybody in the sales department was very friendly and very accommodating. I have been going to the dealership for 10 years now for service work on my other truck and would recommend them to anybody. The management team and Collin went out of their way to address a few issues I had with the truck, CMA is the best Ram Dealership in our area and probably the state of Virginia.
Jarred was great. The whole process quick and easy. Great price too. I have bought two vehicles from CMA Ram and when I need another one I will come back for sure.
