Sales person Morgan Dodd and Sales manager Gage Navarre were absolutely amazing! I had a bad experience with a different sales person which was unusual for Navarre auto group because I and my family have purchased from this dealership since 1992. When I told Gage about it, he went about and beyond to make things! This experience with Morgan I felt valued a customer and that meant the world to me. Thank you guys for this great experience!
Our first meeting with Brett Travis was great. He asked questions and when he realized I was having trouble getting in and out of our Tahoe, he suggested a Traverse. It's still an SUV, but lower to the ground so no climbing and pulling into the vehicle was necessary. He said it fit me better. We drove a Blazer, then a Tahoe starting in 2006 and a second one in 2016, so we expected to get another one. Great customer service! Mr. Joey was very helpful and knowledgeable! Every time I have been here Joey and the staff gone out of the way to make sure me and my kids had reliable tires. Such a great help to a mom who needed assistance and understanding no matter how many questions I may ask. Lol thanks
