Communicated with Nick Ackle over phone for couple weeks trying to find perfect vehicle. He worked with me every step of the way. Listened to everything I liked and disliked. Worked hard to find me the vehicle I wanted. Send me some pictures of a truck he found. I bought it the next day. Customer service was unbeatable. Will only buy with Navarre from her on out.
Navarre Chevrolet has completely lost any sense of professionalism, business ethics, and basic customer service. I was in the market for a reliable vehicle for my daughter with a budget of $10,000–$14,000. Apparently, that price range at Navarre means you don’t deserve respect or effort. After searching for months for a very specific trim and color f150 I found one here and let me tell you David Simon hands down is and may very well be the best salesmen I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I highly recommend him. Everyone at the dealer felt very welcoming and not pushy in any way and financing was a breeze compared to what I’ve dealt with other places.
