Ask for Harry! He was fantastic to deal with when my wife totaled her 23 Ford explorer. I enjoyed the experience so much that two week after purchasing her new 25 explorer I went and bought and 25 f150 from Harry! Amazing customer service all around! On the hunt for a new vehicle, I was advised to go to Billy Cain Ford and speak with Harold in Sales. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted immediately by a friendly salesman. We bought a brand new Expedition Max from Cain Ford in 2021. The Expedition started shifting hard so I took it to them and twice they told me nothing was wrong with the car. I took it a third time because it stalled on me twice. They told me I was going to have to have a new transmission but they had 2 others in front of mine so it was going to be a couple of weeks.
