I purchased a sectional which my family really loved , purchased insurance on it as well, had it under a year and the couch has fallen completely apart. Well hate to admit it, but ive bought 2 mattresses from BBB and I was not thrilled at all. The first was for my husband and I, the second for our six year old. Not sure if this "company" buys all the rejects or the ones that didnt pass QC or something because they are just plain terrible. My mattress started squeaking horribly and we hadnt even had it for 3 months. Awful to sleep on, had awful nights waking up with bad backaches/bodyaches. After coming across town to go to this so called "business", I have concluded that Satan has took a giant crap on this place. This place looks like one of those run down - gangster infested warehouses. The health inspector should take a second look at this place, I mean they probably bribed the poor soul anyway when he took a single step in that rat hole. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! Not only does this place look and smell like crap, that scum bag who claims himself as Billy Bob is actually that cheapskate Mr. Krabs. Not only did they use the Bait and Switch on me, on of their workers TRIPPED ME and didn't even apologize! "Billy Bob" is probably apart of the Mafia and is hiding his identity selling the crappiest beds of all time! I bet their in store motto is "The customer is always WRONG" NEVER SHOP HERE

Below is what I wrote to Serta directly. I believe it captures accurately what customers can expect if considering doing business with Billy Bob's Beds. "I would like to exchange the mattress and box spring for another that is softer.
