BUYER BEWARE!!! You will be happy UNLESS and UNTIL you have a problem. I’m sorry that I have to write this review, because I am a 4th time returning customer of Billy Bobs since 2011. I’d never had a problem with any of my purchases until my most recent purchase made on May 8, 2024. Billy Bobs Beds/Mattresses female sales person & manager rude, condescending, patronize customers, fight with customers, disrespectful, unprofessional, hateful, foul language, do not let customers park in 2 handicap spaces because they use as loading zone, not aware about bad reviews before i went there. They are in violation of DTPA Act by false advertising, misleading customers, No- No Pets sign posted front of building or website, cuss at customers, horibble hostile environment staff & manager. Overall we went in and found a mattress we liked at a good price. We had two huge problems though. We did not have tow straps so we paid them to tie down the mattress. When I got home, I found that they tied down the mattress through my bumper instead of using the hooks in my bed which caused paint damage to my bumper. Second, they charged us twice for the mattress. When I called them to get them to refund, they were immediately dismissive and said they did not have my money. They said that it was my banks fault. I wouldn't give give the place a zero but a negative 5. I bought a bed thinking I was buying something similar to the one on the show floor. Nope the bed I got lasted a month. The bed they gave me is so bad my family that comes to stay over doesn't even want to sleep on it. It's called the back destoryer. My newborn won't even touch it and the kid can fall asleep anywhere. I feel like a should get a full refund or a bed that is actually a bed not a stuffed torture device. Bill Bob if my back that serious injury it's on you

I walked in to this fine establishment and was greeted by a nice young lad. I was then greeted by the employees and was free to try out the many mattresses that they had to offer.

They lied to me about a price. Charged me nearly double. When I asked to speak to someone in charge, they said that there was no one in charge and I could either pay it or leave. They went on to say that everyone does advertising tricks. That's how they get their customers!

This place is amazing got a king bed low prices everyone go here beds feel great don't listen to others that's they're opinion. Overall it is a great place to get good beds
