I have been a patient of Dr. Brown for many years. Years ago, he fixed an ongoing issue that another dentist couldn't ever get right. He takes the time to listen and wants to get any issues resolved. His staff has always been warm and accommodating.
Dr Brown is nice and does great work, however, it isn’t worth it to put up with his wife or whoever the receptionist is. Last time I went there, I pulled out my phone to get my wife and kids information so I could set up an initial appointment for them. She yelled at me and told me put my phone away. When I tried to explain myself, she literally spoke over me in a loud tone saying “I don’t care what your reason is, put your phone away”. Haha ok, no problem. Our dental hygienist is Christine. She is so nice and encouraging. Good care here
Have been a patient for 8 years nothing but great things to say concerning the Dr. and the staff. Even times when I thought the price was high did research and discovered it was well within range my pockets were just light.
