Great group of people and can understand why landlord are so hard and harsh with people who rent from them after seein how people treat and respect there properties it's absolutely not only disrespectful to live and treat someone's home ur renting living in and probably not paying ur rent....but it's also so disgusting to live that way SMFH wake up people....
the owners took thousands of dollars from home owners ....my money I paid billwood went somewhere besides to who it was supposed to be sent....the owner reached out to us and told us not to pay billwood another dime because he hasn't received a payment since October of 2018....
These people have been managing my property for 5 months now. So far I have only received one check for 2 months of rent. As of today they are 60 days late and owe me 3 months of rent. The communication is terrible, they don't respond half the time and when they do it's just another excuse or that they are sending payment on a certain day and it never happens. I just don't understand how anyone can do business like this. If they were the tenant they would have been evicted a long time ago. Pathetic.
Unprofessional, unresponsive, and unprepared to successfully manage rental properties. They do not return phone calls or emails. They do not update you on the status of your rental. They collect rent, take their fees, and fail to pay property owners what's due.
These people are horrible to deal with!
