From the office staff to the xray tech, my visit is always professional and pleasant. I met Delaney today who was kind, listened, was informative and professional. I am a patient of the man, the myth the legend, Dr Bill's who takes such great care of me. So kind, caring and professional. I had the A team today once Mel entered the room too along with Delaney and Dr Bill's. Such a special visit. They put me back on track. A big thank you to all of you. See you in a month. I like Dr. Bill’s explanations. I feel he is knowledgeable, thorough, and answers questions. Personally, I value a more detailed explanation rather than simply telling me what I need to do. I like to know how and why he came up with his diagnosis. I feel he researches and comes up with a thorough answer that reassures me that I’m doing the right thing.

Dr Bills was Very attentive to my needs. Made very sensible non surgical suggestions. Which I am going to follow. I have used this office for all my orthopedic needs. And am happy to say they have exceeded all my expectations. I also wanted to add that Dr Bills Physician Assistant was remarkable. She gave me a very comprehensive exam. Listened to all my concerns and addressed all of them! She is definitely an asset to the practice.
I feel I waited too long before I was seen. Dr Bills was nice but evidently my chart wasnt looked at before deciding on pain relief for my rotator cuff problem because I was going to be given a pill that I am allergic to. Instead I was given a cortisone shot in shoulder with lydocaine. Otherwise the doctor did everything needed to help along my problem in my shoulder. Even giving me exercises to do. But I dont have the rubber cord to do the exercises with. My xray showed no bone spurs or arthritis which I was very happy with... read more
