We recently purchased a zero turn mower from Bill’s Service and we received excellent customer service. Sandy greeted us with a smile and showed us a few options at the shop. Everyone there was super helpful and took the time to listen to what we were wanting. After our purchase they checked in with us to see how it was mowing and if we were satisfied. The employee’s there made us feel like family and went out of their way to assist us. We definitely will be buying from them again.
We've done business with this company multiple times and never had issues until now. The woman who works there is incredibly rude. We won't be back.
