Not impressed by the soothsayer. My usually smooth, quiet engine began chirping, ticking. Not normal to my truck. Scheduled for Monday, they didn't get to it till the following day. Only to be told no problem found. It is still chirping/ticking wildly as I write this. No WAY the tech could miss this if he actually drove it & allowed it to reach operating temperature. So grateful to have found Bill’s! Another business quoted nearly $1k worth of brake work and said that it was urgent. I called Bill’s for a second opinion and reached Mark. I was so stressed and he was so kind. He got the car taken care of so quickly even though they were pretty booked, and for less than half of what the other guys quoted. Bill’s will be the only place we go from now on! Highly recommend this honest team! Thanks so much guys!
