Unbelievably terrible service. My wife's AC on her 2019 Chevy traverse was blowing hot air, and instead of taking it to the dealer I got a recommendation to ticket to Bill's. Regretting my decision at this point because after multiple visits and thousands of, the AC blows hot air again after 2 or 3 days with the technician report saying "no leaks at this time" each time he replaced something he thought "might be the issue". Bills Quality is amazing. Mark is seriously the kindest person in the world and will take ALL the time to explain to you exactly what’s wrong, and how to fix it. He and his team have been working on my cars for over a decade and I wouldn’t trust my one else (well, besides my Dad). They will treat you right! Side note: their shop is spotless which I think says a lot about the quality work they do!
Not impressed by the soothsayer. My usually smooth, quiet engine began chirping, ticking. Not normal to my truck. Scheduled for Monday, they didn't get to it till the following day. Only to be told no problem found. It is still chirping/ticking wildly as I write this. No WAY the tech could miss this if he actually drove it & allowed it to reach operating temperature.
