The staff is ALWAYS so promt to help you & so VERY friendly!! After my experience with Bill's, I'll NEVER use places such as CVS or Walgreens, who really do NOT care and are so cold to their customers! Kudos to Bill's & their staff!

My husband had surgery Friday and had to go all weekend without pain medication because CVS didn't have it. I must have went to 5 different CVS's , Walgreens etc. Finally one of the CVS stores recommended Bills because the medication is very hard to find. Sure enough they had it and took our insurance. They were extremely nice and had us in and out of there in 10 minutes. Thank you Bill's for being awesome!!!

I had a terrible, terrible experience with Walgreens refusing to fill one of my prescriptions. My doctor highly recommended I go and fill it at Bill's. Sure enough, they filled the prescription within 10 minutes, and did so with a smile. Within the week, I transferred ALL my prescriptions to Bill's, and I haven't regretted the decision. They are always so courteous, very kind, helpful, and communicative.
