The customer service at this place gets a A+ I am on a blood thinner and my pharmacy had to special order it. I needed one injection to get me through the day and called every pharmacy in Riverview and no one had it in stock. I called Bill's and they had what I needed. My insurance company would not cover the cost and the pharmacist said why don't I try again in the morning to see if they would cover it as this was an emergency. They left me leave with the injection and charged me nothing! Although my insurance Co. refused t... read more

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful for needs. They do not grow impatient with elderly clients...which when taking my grandparents there is a true blessing!
If you want to be treated like a dollar sign. Or just another face in the crowd, go to CVS Z or Walgreens. If you want to be treated like a real person, with a name that is used without looking at your scrpit first, gi to Bill's. If I can walk up to the counter, and my bag of meds are in the hands of the pharmacy techs, without even giving my name, you know you are in a place of caring and great customer service. I have to say it's like walking into ur own home cuz u feel like ur home. U r treated like their family member. The employees all know who u r by 1st & last name. They always have my meds in stock. I enjoy going get my Meds every mth. Thanx Bills for bring their for the community & family & I.
