So whoever I spoke to on the phone was great and had great solutions to solving our cricket issue and knew exactly where they could be coming from. Well when the technician arrived, she had no idea we even had a cricket issue. I told her the lady on the phone explained all these things the technician would be doing and everywhere they would be spraying. Well the tech had no clue about any of this.
