Don't waste your money with Bills Termite. We have visible termite tunnels & the tech didn't treat properly. Owner came out 2nd time in a couple of weeks retreated. Couple of weeks later still in the same place. Called left messages for owner & no response. We still have termites in the same place. Family in the home their child has asthma & Bills Termite still won't respond. Filed a BBB complaint & STILL they won't respond. Is there really a company or just someone to take the money???

Difficult, demanding, rude, abusive, and not willing to listen are just a few words that describe Donna Lander. When her phone number would appear on Caller ID our office staff would cringe.
