They were completely professional & so great!!! I had locked my keys in my office over the weekend but didn't discover it until Monday morning when I got there. 2 locksmiths had come out & couldn't get front door open. I called Bills Lock & Safe & they had me in the building in less than 3 minutes!! When I left that afternoon my key wouldn't lock the building so I called them. They had a technician call me. Horrible owner – I really feel that one star was being generous. The owner is an old greedy and grumpy man. I truly feel sorry for people that have to work there. I was in the store one day to have some locks worked on and heard him being verbally abusive to an employee. He must not have seen me come in. Integrity is something you have even when you think no one is looking. Clearly "Bill" is not a man of integrity. I left and took and took my business somewhere else.

Poor Service – I ordered a safe that was supposed to arrive in 2 months. I paid $1,000 down and they called me the next day to confirm the order. I waited over 2 months and called them because I had not heard anything from them. They told me it would be another 2 months before it would come in. I am pretty sure that it just came in and they sold it to someone else. It took them over 30 minutes to right me a check to get my down payment back. This was my first and last time dealing with this place.

we had to re-do our locks - they came promptly, the service person was extremely polite and efficient, saved us money (re-keyed rather than replace the entire lock system) and gave helpful hints to me to stop my husband from using graphite on the locks.
