RecommendedI bought a key pod remote for my truck and I was told that by sales lady that the key pods they have are really good strong and not cheap made like on the Internet. Well I got mine and it looks cheap and after five weeks I can’t read the markings on it and it’s cracked all over plus the unlock button doesn’t work anymore…ugh…But I called sales lady December 15 and she said it only guarantee it for 30 days. They have convicted felons that work there. You are letting criminals convicted of burglary and drug trafficking make your keys or let in your home for safe work. They have a guy that still works there who was caught dealing drugs out of the company truck. Another who stole a gun out of a company he made a key for. John D Collins is a convicted felon.
Terrible service!!! My son locked our keys in the truck while it was running so we called these guys. After waiting 2 and a half hours we called back to see what was taking so long and they had canceled without even calling us and letting us know. At least call if you are going to cancel so that we can call someone else.
This company came out to my dad's home to put a new lock on his screen door they told me it would be 75$ when he started and after he was done 141.41 after a service fee was add. when I call to have them come out no where did the ever say there was a service fee to come out. I would have chose another company. For me it's just amazing business to let the customer know up front as a business you charge a fee to come out.

Terrible service, took em a week to get the wrong part and they had the old part the whole time. I would avoid them if possible. There has to be a more competent Efficient and professional company Out there. Definitely worth finding someone else. 👎👎👎👎👎.

Absolutely. Above all...very professional staff. when I had a problem they fixed it ON.THE.SPOT! These guys (girls) have been down the road from Grandpa since I was a little girl. Thank yall!!!
