If you have a beckett NX burner do not let this company touch it!! Bill responded this past weekend at the beginning of a snow storm to try and rectify one of his technicians who had incorrectly adjusted the burner. After cleaning the large amounts of soot build up from chimney. Bill recommended replacing a part and put it all together and told me we have to part ways these burners are to finicky. Bill's Heating Service was referred to us by Kent County Oil, and they were absolutely correct about Bill. Bill arrived quickly to assist with our problem and gave detailed information of what needed to be done, why, how much it would cost, and even offered information I didn't think to ask. His Service Worker, Eric, arrived within a few days to replace the many parts needed. Eric was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Really impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness and friendliness of Bill, Kevin and Eric. And their prices are reasonable (and no upselling). We feel like we’re in really good hands! The first time we used their services was when our furnace stopped working on a cold winter day. Although busy, Bill squeezed us in the same day. Had my central air just stop working and tossed a coin n took a chance with Bills Heating.He was great.Ended up being a transformer and happened to have one in his truck.He had my ac back up n running under an hr and the total price pleasingly surprised me.Ill be calling when I replace my whole unit .
