My AC went out after hours. Repair person (John) was considerate about the 1.5x charge and only did what was necessary to make the repair, saving annual maintenance for my already scheduled appointment next month. He saved the parts that were bad, showed them to me, and explained what had happened in a clear way without even being asked. $85 service call, $210 for 2 hrs., and 2 parts around $70 ea.
A Toilet would not flushj. We worked on it and suceeded flushing on the fifth attempt. Your people checked the main drain and cleared all blockages. Your crew was quick to identify all areas of blockage, opened up the drain in short order at a reasonable price and provided advice on how nto prevent additional blovkages in the future. Thaank you!
