I was incredibly satisfied with this company! I was able to get an appointment the same day my heat went out. Maverick did an inspection and was kind and efficient, and he explained everything to me every step of the way. After they were done, the heating system worked amazing. I was so pleased with their respect, compassion, and service that I decided to install an a/c as well. When the job was complete, they cleaned up nicely after themselves! I will absolutely be using this company again in the future!
Arrived quickly but technician spent whole time trying to sell me a new mini split when all my system needed was to tighten connection and refill refrigerant. Quoted me over 3k to leak test and refill refrigerant and suggested I just buy a new system through them when mine is currently only two years old. Was able to have another local company fix for a fraction of the price they quoted.
Top notch customer service!! Caleb, Steven & Alex took great care of our family during the recent installation of 2 new units in our home. This company is responsive, timely, experienced and takes care of customers. I highly recommend AP!!
Cameron came out right away and gave us an unbeatable quote to get a new heat pump, furnace, and air scrubber installed. He was patient with all my questions, and he knew what he was talking about! Very informative, this whole experience was above and beyond what I expected. Thanks again!!!
The work was fine but he didn’t give me quote before he did the work and then tried to charge me a large amount
