I took my boat to this place Bill Custom Engine on August 11 2021 he said when you come back all you'll have to do is put the boat in the water, every month I was trying to contact him. I'm 6 hours away during this time I went 2 times he was always closed. Never answered my calls then on June 1st 2022, I contacted Lake Havasu police and they contacted him so I went to pick up the boat it took him almost 10 months to do my motors and they were still not done. Bill Keizer is a rip off ,I paid 17000 for a588 motor that I never got.bill blatantly ripped me off .he has been doing a lot of cash jobs and carpentry jobs and not paying his taxes so now I have to call the irs and report him he also ripped off my friend lee for 12000. I have all the receipts which I will give to tax man then I will get a court order and send a bailiff to his shop and seize everything.that should take the smile off his face .this is going to happen the last week of March.

Bill Kaiser is a rip off artist I payed him 17000 dollars for a 588 high performance motor that I never got .my friend Lee also got taken by bill for 12000 he has been doing a lot of cash jobs including carpentry and not paying his taxes .I have detailed receipts that I am going to send to the i r s so they can crawl up his ass then I am going to get a court order and send a bailiff to his shop and seize everything.that should take the smirk off his face .this is going to happen the last week of March.do no give any money to... read more
