Not convenient, but very experienced I have gone to Bill's Auto for more than a year... Pros: - Billy knows the cars he is working on really good. - The work is of decent quality. - He will let you know some *real* issues with the car other that the job he/family is doing. Cons: - Prices are not cheap. - He just doesn't like customer supplied parts and once tried to talk me into using his dealer supplied part when I could get OEM or better quality part for less than one third. He was honest and up-front and gave an accurate estimate which I think is important. No calling me in the middle of the day to bump up the price, he told me ahead of time the parts he would look at and that could need replacing so give me the highest estimate for the job (and he actually charged me $15 less than agreed upon). Bills Auto Service Woburn An honest and fair place to bring your car (what more could you ask for?). Bill has been in business for years, and has always maintained the same excellent service and reliability. I would highly recommend his garage for all your service and repair needs.
Good Place to Bring Your Business I have been dealing with Bills for about five years and I have never had a problem. He has been able to figure out some difficult computer/emission related problems with my Suburban and Mustang that as a home mechanic, I could not figure out. Bill also does well with fixing older cars. Pricing is not cheap but reasonable - you get what you pay for situation. Also always shows you the old parts that have been replaced.
Good, solid My family has used Bills Auto for almost 20 years. We have brought many many cars there. We have basically been happy with all the service we have received. Billy generally fixes a car the same day you bring it in, unless it is a really extensive job. Sometimes he even has loaner cars too. I think the prices are probably average, but good, personal service.
