TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT BILLMAN'S - We had Billman's replace some older insulated glass windows that were starting to fog up. Unfortunately they replaced the glass with defective units as the new ones frosted up over the winter whereas when originals did not. We have both original windows (23 years old) and the replacement windows in the same room so could clearly see the new ones were frosting up while the originals were still good.
