Gregg is by far the best real estate agent I have dealt with. in the past 40 plus years I have been very active buying and selling homes and I have dealt with quite a few agents. Gregg stands out as a highly efficient, intelligent, honest, and experienced agent. He knows his job well and pretty much considers his client's interest as top priority. He is assisting me in buying a house in La Jolla and everything is moving forward flawlessly. BTW, he is an excellent communicator. I highly recommend Gregg.
I was one of young Gregg's first clients in La Jolla, CA in 1989. Other agents laughed at me, "There are no condos in your [low] price range." He persevered, and found a darling loft at Villas Mallorca. Veni, Vidi, Vici. Alas, in 2003 I moved to Arkansas (don't ask)... where I retired and wrote five novels under this nom de plum. Bought two houses with them. The second one was a scam from the owner. They didn't assist us properly and let us face the worst nightmare ever for two years and half into a lawsuit. Really poor service.
Gregg and his team are highly professional and stayed focused on our needs. Gregg gave us advice based on his understanding of our circumstances and did not steer us to purchase the highest priced home but one he thought would meet our news (my husband is disabled). We were moving countries and could not see the options in person so he managed to give us a video tour of each one.
