I used to love coming here, but my last three visits haven’t been great. I’ve gotten the same technician each time, and unfortunately she’s been consistently rude. On my second visit with her, she cut my cuticles to the point where I was bleeding and didn’t apologize. When I mentioned it, she blamed me and said I must have washed my hands too hard, even though it was just a rinse. It is a clean and decent place, but I sensed intense discrimination in how customers are treated. I won't go there again; I didn't like it. Whenever I mentioned feeling pain, they did nothing—not even an apology. It was the worst exchange experience.👎👎

I've been coming here for years and I'm always really happy with the service. I also appreciate that they keep their website updated, all the prices are transparent and it's so easy to make an appointment. The salon is clean and staff have always been kind and professional. Usually I come in to get regular manicure and pedicures. I appreciate that they never make me feel bad for not getting gel- I know the gel lasts longer but I like being able to easily remove and change my nail color. I don’t get my nails done as frequently as I used to, but when I did, I always came here. I’ve only ever had an issue once before and they fixed it nicely, which is why I am in shock at how horribly I was treated today. I have never felt so embarrassed in my life. My nails looked like wide eggs. The tech told me it was because my natural nail base is wide and that they "would've looked better longer"—something they absolutely should have advised me on before starting.
