NOT EVEN ONE STAR. Had a horrible experience. Stupidly stated my max price, then when making my deal, they ended up at my max price. Gave me a great interest rate, but said to get it I had to sign right now, or it might end. That night, went home with new vehicle and checked their website. Same exact car I bought, VIN # and everything and they had it listed for 6,000 less. Plus, kelly blue book valued it FAR less than what they sold it for. very poor customer service not willing to work with you when it comes time to make the deal. stay away from billion go to a smaller dealership you will have much better customer service.
