Service excellent. Above and beyond. I especially was impressed by Dave Fahrendorf. He was personable, down to earth, and professional. He has a great sense of humor as well! Excellent.
I unfortunately had a bad experience with this service dept. Had a 10:00AM appointment and arrived by 9:45, they had the car in the bay shortly after 10:00 where it just sat. An hour goes by and the waiting room thins out by this time. Went back there twice to see if anyone had started working on it or had even looked at it. Half hour later again, nobody looking at it and by this time I am the only one left in the waiting room for nearly an hour. My son and I were driving his 2026 Seltos from Vancouver to home in Toronto. The service light camE on after doing 3000 Miles. Booked an appt quickly onlin. They finished in an hour and we were on our way to Madison, WI THANKS GUYS
