I have always received wonderful service from Billion- But not going to lie that the last couple of times I have felt the customer service has been less than desirable. This last time- the guy at the service desk seemed annoyed to have to help me. He couldn't even ask me if he could help me- he just stated at me. If you want people to return- not only for service but also to buy a car - you need to work on your customer service!!!

Wyatt was great to work with, he was responsive, polite and understanding. He made me aware of the issues with my car but he wasn't pushy. This is consistent with previous visits here and it's why I come back. Of course the car has been running as you would expect after receiving service.
