Initially went in for oil change. Came home to oil leaking everywhere and took back. They stated the issue, fixed it, tested it. I drive car for a week and noticed oil continuing to leak. Returned to dealer. They inspected and fixed the issue as being a larger issue they previously thought. Tested it and I have seen no issues. While frustrating, I appreciate the cooperation and lack of hassle. They accepted their fault and fixed it. Never had to even discuss payment, which some places would try to make an issue of.
Fast, accurate and on time. The waiting area was neat and the coffee hot.
Joe was very helpful and knows his vehicles very well. He made the process very pleasant for sure. I would highly recommend him to anyone
I commend everyone that worked with me to find the perfect vehicle for me. All were very knowledgeable, considerate and patient with me.
