I was traveling recently with Decatur as my halfway point, when I got a flat tire. This company and driver Chris was very professional & helpful considering they were the 2nd company sent out from Roadside assistance. I had been stuck on the side of the road 3 hours in extreme heat and Chris knew exactly how to handle the situation! I bought a lemon. No, really I did! As I get money for repairs, I take it in to get another thing fixed. The mechanics here are the best! They take really good care of me and at a very reasonable price (believe me I've gotten a lot of quotes from other places). When I've had a car towed because of a ruptured brake line, the driver was fast, professional, and nice. I took my car for a routine oil change. In the brief time it takes to drive the car from one side of the station to the repair bay, Jay thought he heard a problem with a back wheel bearing. He checked it out and fixed it very quickly. He showed me the faulty piece after it was replaced. I could not be more pleased with the level of service I received from Jay and his staff. The car runs much quieter and smoother.
The gentlemen that came and helped me with my car was the nicest person and showed that he really cared about us his name was Chris, the street that we had car problems on was east wood and the traffic was horrible and to get my car towed and the position it was in we need a policeman to help direct the traffic and he took that a pond himself to call one . So a big shoutout to this towing company because guys like Chris really care about there customers
Last night my daughter and I was going through Forsyth when we had a blown tire on our camper, thank God for Roadside assistance. Billingsley was called and they were very prompt and the gentleman that came to our rescue was just that, a GENTLEMAN. He didn't act mad cause he had to come out and help us, and didn't treat us like idiots. He assured us we were going to be OK. Thank you CHRIS. We made it home safe cause of you.
