Where to begin! Everything about our experience with Joe Billings and his team was top notch. Last fall, I had my insurance company send an adjuster to evaluate for hail damage after my neighbor told me she got her roof replaced because of hail damage. Figured there was a good chance mine did too. So, unfortunately, being Duluth, we got some snow and rain and it wasn't until January that our roof was clear and dry.
