The contractor was supposed to send a sample of my old roofing to my insurance company so I would be eligible for an additional $5000.00 worth of coverage. Andrew told me he would do that. When the job was over and my insurance company never received the sample, I questioned Andrew. He assured me he sent it in. When I persisted he finally confessed that he never sent it but told me the insurance would not pay me any more anyway.
