Joe and Andrew are the best. We were getting an estimate for roofing and they noticed hail damage. They suggested we submit an insurance claim which they assisted with. The claim definitely wasn't;t the easiest through State Farm. Since it was later fall they suggested waiting until the following spring to replace the roof so it would have a better outcome. We had quite a large tree fall on our house the day before Thanksgiving and after our original contractor ghosted us, we contacted Billings. Joe and Andrew came out right away to assess the damage and even pointed out some things our original contractor missed. They made sure the internal structural damage was addressed properly, up to code, and shored things up for the winter snow load immediately until it could be fully repaired in spring.
