I just had an electric garage door opener installed on my garage door by Overhead door of Billings. They came when they said they would, Preformed flawless work and were very friendly. I highly recommend this company for any garage work you may have.
Charge 150.00 an hour way to much for the quality of work and workers they have
RecommendedI called them for emergency service on a Sunday and Dan came with in an hour. Fixed my opener then ordered a new door. It was installed perfectly. Thank you Katie and Ryan for getting us back up and running so quickly. Not fun when a spring breaks as you are trying to leave on a Friday morning but Ryan had us operational in less than 2.5 hours from my initial call. And the price to replace 2 springs seemed very reasonable. Highly recommend !
We're pleased with Billings Overhead Door. We called them early in the morning, and they came out within a short time to evaluate the problem with our garage door. I appreciate that they called me first to let me know they were on their way, so I wasn't stuck waiting at home. How about a courtesy of a callback? One tells me she's not sure if they can make it, and 8 say let me know so I can keep checking around. Hours go buy and I call back and get a guy that just flat says, No Way! Not even a, let me see when we could be available.
