We had an excellent experience working with David at Billings Floor Traders. He was very helpful and made sure our new flooring was ordered and ready to go when we needed it. We were directed to Jason, Fresh Floors, who installed the laminate flooring and did an awesome job. We've used Floor Traders in the past for carpet and laminate flooring and will continue to do so with such professional, helpful people.
I worked with David at Billings Floor Trader and could not be happier! One of the things I love about working with them is that there is never any pressure....I can walk in and work on my own without being hassled, yet if I need help they are right there to help in any way. Take samples, get prices, find out delivery...very quick to do it and with a joyful attitude. Willing, helpful and kind without any kind of pressure. Perfect!
Walked in, and within 10 minutes, had samples of wood laminate to take home. David was very kind and patient with myself and mother while helping us decide on color/pattern. Installer called me back within a day to measure. Have used Floor Trader in Billings before, and will continue using them in the future.
Ask for David Waller! For the most part a fantastic experience carpet great customer service, priced right, timely service getting the carpet we wanted in. Extremely satisfied with Floor Trader. The part that wasn’t so fantastic was the installer we did have problems with the recommended installer from unprofessionalism to not being punctual to actually messing up my new carpet and minor damage to my home but that’s floor trader. We had the privilege of working with David Waller when we bought our new wood flooring for our home. He was extremely helpful with great suggestions. There wasn’t any pressure.
