Highly recommend this place! Zach was amazing to work with and helped us with all of the issues my mom was having with her floor due to her wheelchair. You can tell this is a family owned business and they really want to take care of their customers. I will go back for all my flooring needs. Adam and Dave were also great.
After getting conflicting information from a box store up the street about their out of town installation services (hint: orange trim) we stopped by The Floor Trader. We met Dave, who assured us that out of area installation (100+ miles) could be easily arranged. After learning Dave had solved our installation dilema, we picked out carpet for two rooms in our home, as well as two rooms in our rental home. Dave was so helpful and gracious to work with. We purchased a carpet to have bound for a living room area rug and he lined up the gentleman who bound and delivered it for us. Last February we had started exploring new flooring. David, our expert that had helped with picking out styles was polite and helpful. He sent us home with a samples and did not pressure us like other places we had gone to buy on the spot. We had an excellent experience working with David at Billings Floor Traders. He was very helpful and made sure our new flooring was ordered and ready to go when we needed it. We were directed to Jason, Fresh Floors, who installed the laminate flooring and did an awesome job. We've used Floor Traders in the past for carpet and laminate flooring and will continue to do so with such professional, helpful people.
